Sophia Horricks

Associate

Sophia’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance defence and personal injury law. She has appeared before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Sophia joined Mackoff Mohamed as an associate after working as a commercial litigator at another Downtown Vancouver law firm. Called to the bar in June 2018, Sophia studied law at UBC, where she obtained her Juris Doctor and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada.

Prior to attending law school, Sophia graduated from McGill University.  During undergrad, Sophia was a member of the Women’s Varsity Soccer team. 

Outside of law, Sophia enjoys running, hiking, spinning and traveling when she can.
